Laura Gaeta

Hi, I’m Laura. My career has been shaped by leadership, public service, business operations, marketing, and mortgage lending—with more than two decades of experience centered on serving people and building lasting relationships.
Before entering the mortgage and real-estate industry, I spent 10 years in government leadership, where I developed experience in management, administration, team leadership, training, and public service. Earlier roles across several organizations helped build my foundation in operations, customer service, team development, and working closely with clients and business partners.
Most recently, I served as Marketing Director for Laser Mortgage in Spring, Texas. In that role, I supported community outreach, real-estate events, relationship development, and both in-person and digital marketing initiatives. In September 2025, I transitioned into my role as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer—bringing together my leadership background, relationship-driven approach, and knowledge of the mortgage and real-estate process.
I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish—et un peu de français!—and I believe clients deserve clear communication, thoughtful education, and careful attention to detail. My goal is to make what can feel like a complicated process more understandable and manageable from the first conversation through closing.
Outside of work, I’m an avid animal lover and proud dog mom to five dogs, several of them rescues. Compassion, patience, loyalty, and responsibility matter deeply to me—and they are the same values I bring to helping clients navigate some of life’s biggest financial decisions.

Robert Davis

Hi, I’m Robert. I have been licensed in mortgage lending since September 2013, with experience across loan support, product specialization, and operations management. I originally joined Laser Mortgage in July 2023, bringing a detail-driven and practical approach to helping clients make informed financing decisions.
Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of purchase, refinance, and investment-property scenarios. I am especially comfortable with borrowers whose situation requires a little more strategy—such as self-employed clients, investors, ground-up construction projects, residential transition loans, or income and asset profiles that do not fit neatly into a standard lending box.
My approach is thorough and intentional. I believe a financing option is only helpful when it has a realistic path to closing, so I focus on reviewing the details early, setting clear expectations, and identifying potential issues before they become surprises. I take time to explain the reasoning behind available options in plain language, helping clients understand not only what may work, but why.
I enjoy working with first-time homebuyers, experienced borrowers, and clients who appreciate a patient, straightforward conversation. Whether you are buying a home, refinancing, building, or growing an investment portfolio, my goal is to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
Outside of work, Laura and I are proud dog parents to five rescue dogs, all of whom are an important part of our family. I also enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephews and traveling to Mexico with Laura whenever we can—especially for the culture, food, and time together.

Rogue doesn't ask for permission. She assumes leadership. She's loyal, determined, wonderfully chatty, and cuddly strictly on her terms. She handles executive decisions, strategic supervision, and final approval on everything, and she doesn't do conditional approvals. She'll remind you who's in charge.

4 years | Professional Goofball
Chatty, boisterous, and never afraid to make his presence known. Red keeps everyone entertained, makes sure meetings never get too serious, and provides unsolicited commentary whenever necessary. He comes pre-approved for belly rubs.

Kitty is a little shy at first, but she thinks everyone is a friend she hasn't met yet and every belly deserves a rub. She makes sure every client feels welcome. Her "customer appreciation" may occasionally include an unexpected scratch.

Timid at first, but once you're in her circle, you're family. Stinky oversees loyalty, quality control, and due diligence on anything that looks remotely interesting. No sniff goes unverified.

The elder stateswoman of the organization. Frida brings wisdom, loyalty, and more than a decade of experience to the team. Her responsibilities include sunbathing, keeping everyone in line, and executing remarkably fast exit strategies whenever the opportunity presents itself.
